We found the concept of only offering 4 wines from a single winemaker (Schloss Schönberg) for an entire evening with 12 15 different dishes to be really bad, including only 1 Pinot Noir red wine. I really couldn 't believe that when I asked what kind of wine I could buy if I wasn 't impressed with the Pinot Noir offered, the waitress initially replied: Well, then you won 't get any red wine. They then deigned (perhaps grumpily) to pour me another red wine, but I was negatively surprised at how unconfident and tight lipped they were. We won 't be going to kitchen parties here anymore if the wine concept is 1 winemaker 4 wines nothing else! is.
