What User doesn't like about Fundament:
Beautiful presentation, great waiter, solid wine, creative food. But a fair few dishes missed the mark they were going in the right direction and tasted good enough but could be improved (technically or flavour wise . Caveat it was the first night with a new menu and we had a complicated order. Still glad we visited. I appreciated the experimental approach to modern cooking ! Give it a go : View all feedback.
The food was delicious and appropriate for the price. The table was cute covered matching my birthday. However, the service has earned the point deduction. The food took a very long time and our main course probably went to another table that can happen! However, the operation has also been so often stressed that it has taken a long time, so it has been exhausting, why do you give instead of stressing even more not just another greeting from the kitchen out for hunger between, or another glass of wine ;

Very nice and quiet top restaurant with excellent map, great ambience and fantastic cuisine, go and enjoy.
