They supposedly place great importance on customer service, but the response was, Thank you, dear guest, we need up to 3 days to reply! Of course, there was no reply. From very poor service and inedible food without cutlery to dirty tables and cutlery holders covered in hair and grime. The male server did nothing to rectify the situation after I pointed it out. I cleaned the table myself, and we ate without cutlery. Apparently, the dishwasher was broken, so there was neither porcelain dishes nor clean cutlery, and the coffee was only served in cardboard cups. To the D&D team, please spare me the attached apology letter; it 's always the same with negative reviews, and it doesn 't change anything. It takes more than simply ignoring criticism and continuing to provide poor service. Note regarding email correspondence: February 26, 2025 ...it 's true that email correspondence has now taken place, insofar as one can call it that. However, D&D 's reply came just after I pointed out again yesterday via email that day 3 was long gone and day 8 was already underway. Apart from D&D stating that they had forwarded my request to the franchise partner, who hasn 't contacted me yet, the email contained no further information. Update on December 16, 2025 Nothing has changed. Every time you walk past the store, the same grumpy, unmotivated person is behind the counter. A glance at the tables also reveals that the work is just a necessary evil. ...incidentally, there has been no further feedback to this day, neither from the franchise partner nor from D&D.

Plus, I found eggshells in my salad (which can happen). But all in all, I unfortunately can't recommend this branch.
