An absolute wonde... read more Best cocktails in Mannheim, with a ever changing inventive menu linked to the seasons and by far the best service you could ever get in a bar. An absolute wonderment how they can attend to so many tables with cocktails with such few staff members. The staff are always smiling and happy to chat and still somehow manage to serve such a busy venue. The skill and genuine-ness is reason alone to visit. The cocktails, when visiting at Christmas, are an inventive take on cocktail classics, such as Moscow mule and old fashioned, and the spin is not just a novelty but actually adds a fresh take on a classic and well loved cocktail. The place is cosy and there is a great push to get cosier, which helps emphasise talking to neighbouring tables. Staff speak a great English, we spoke German back, but our guests visiting Mannheim appreciated being able to speak and order themselves and not via a translator. Would really recommend visiting and even going out of your way to visit, not just if you like cocktails but if you appreciate a top class bar in general.
