Bio Baecker Bihn - Mannheim

Direct city location at the paradeplatz, very nice staff. smooth are clean and tidy. if they need to ask products not to be picked up, a sales folder, here they know the answer. of broth, over rolls, cakes and sandwiches, everything is to be found here and tastes everything, even the coffee. my favourites: chocolate vegan cake (the hammer) and the sandwiches (not only what on it and with butter, freshly baked kilometer high). the prices are reasonable, quality has its price and both are here. absolutely recommended!

Very fine brot, which is still fresh after three days. the cakes are as delicious, not as sweet as elsewhere.

Das ist noch echte Handwerkskunst! Brot uns Brötchen die noch Authentisch schmecken. Viele Vegane Produkte und alles in Bio-Qualität ! Die süßen Teilchen sind nicht zu süß und selbst mit Dinkelteig schmecken diese einfach nur super lecker. Leute gebt lieber 1-2€ mehr aus und tut euch und eurem Körper etwas gutes! Görtz und Co. ist nur Industie-Ware.

Leckere Backwaren, wer sitzen will kriegt auch noch guten Kaffee zum Kuchen. Und das Personal ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich.

Actually I like to go to this baker. I was very disappointed today. I bought a cheese lukewarm rod and wanted to eat it home. Unfortunately, this was inedible, extremely hard, the cheese tastes so old that I cannot eat the rod. Pity!
