If I complain in person, I am told on the phone that I have to complain to Wolt. ... the remaining sauce on the cream schnitzel tastes like water. The schnitzel was completely softened by the sauce and like a sponge. Very far from a crispy schnitzel with sauce. The fries are pure mush. After about 15 orders, that was my last one. Too bad.

The schnitzel is as thin as a laser beam, and the sauce is completely tasteless and that at 15 euros per schnitzel! I can well imagine that other dishes are just as mercilessly saved. This is nothing more than an overpriced canteen, but definitely not a delivery service restaurant.
