I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the staff at this Chipotle. My sister, who is a cancer patient with dietary restrictions and is immunosuppressed, and I visited to pick up a Veggie Bowl for her. We explained to the staff taking our order that it was for a cancer patient and asked if they could accommodate a few special requests. Remarkably, they took the initiative to make the necessary adjustments without us needing to elaborate further. They changed their gloves, designated one staff member to prepare the entire order, ensured that all ingredients for the Veggie Bowl were fresh and untouched, and packaged the bowl in its own to-go bag. It was incredibly reassuring to see our special order handled with such care and attention. Although I didn't catch any names, the staff working during the lunch shift on February 25, 2022, truly went above and beyond. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support! We are truly grateful for what you did for us!
This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. They keep changing their hours and never stick to a schedule. You can’t count on them being open when you plan to go. It’s frustrating, especially since there are other locations in the city and on campus that have everything you need.
I came to get a few burritos right now and they told me that we are from burritos, but have a stack of 5 6 inches high n said for online orders only and close in less than an hour to close. imbso disappointed. first aid. do not sence . and u turned a customer down. I don't think I'll be here soon or at all.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and paid $17 for a bowl with double meat, chicken, and steak. However, I received only two small pieces of steak, a tiny amount of sour cream—perhaps a teaspoon—and just a sprinkle of cheese. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The bowl I received also had barely any meat, far from the 4 oz I was supposed to get. As I have COVID, I had to rely on contactless delivery, making this situation even more frustrating. Overall, I'm very upset and consider this service terrible.
What a joke!!! Tried the new steak burrito and got 5 little stripes of steak so I asked for double meat!! Got to check out, asked for chips and cheese and my total came to $26.82!!!! Will never forget this one!!Let's just say, normally I can't finish the burrito... I finished it and was still hungry!!! Totally crazy!!
