We had been experiencing fairly good service until our last visit. My wife's order was left sitting in a bag on the counter for 15 minutes before it was finally given to her. When she asked the guy at the register if that order belonged to her, he didn't even know. She was really frustrated, and by the time she got her food, it was cold!

Always messy, always takes forever, and the food is not worth the price. Getting a sandwich with a sauce on it is a joke. They put a penny sized amount. There’s always something wrong with our order. Employees are unfriendly and rude. If my kid ate something other than Mac and cheese we wouldn’t be coming here anymore.

To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. Came here for the first time, excited to try the new sandwich with fried pickles and we will never be back. Should have just gone to McDonald's for my pregnancy cravings. ?Edit: Also got sick after eating this and forgot to add that the restaurant itself was one of the most unappetizing places I've been to.

We waited 10 minutes for our order at the drive-thru. I briefly checked the order before leaving the lane, and everything seemed correct. However, once we began eating on the road, we discovered that half of our order was wrong. We spent $30, and it was really disappointing.

A broth restaurant that runs out of broth? This has happened to us during two of our last three visits. Management and corporate should take a look at their Google reviews from the past six months and really pay attention to their customers' feedback.
