My wife's order was left sitting in a bag on the counter for 15 minutes before it was finally given to her. When she asked the guy at the register if that order belonged to her, he didn't even know. She was really frustrated, and by the time she got her food, it was cold!

There’s always something wrong with our order. Employees are unfriendly and rude. If my kid ate something other than Mac and cheese we wouldn’t be coming here anymore.
