T... read more This restaurant offers wonderful cakes and baked goods. The ambiance is beautiful, and they have a great drink menu with plenty of options for dining as well. The staff is friendly. However, I encountered one issue: during several visits, the owners asked me to leave quietly and were not very pleasant about it. I didn't feel particularly loud compared to others. I've brought friends with me, and there’s nothing that suggests people need to be quiet. In fact, they even have board games that encourage conversation among patrons.

They also have a lot of baked goods and desserts. The place is spacious and perfect for a low key hangout. I met up with a client here and it was perfect.

Morni... read more Jenn 's is my home away from home and office, especially since semi-retiring four months ago. It has become my weekday (and often weekend) morning ritual. Morning coffee whilst working for a couple hours. Why? Plenty of seating. Free high speed wifi. Fantastic, friendly vibe with attentive baristas (including the married owners), great menu with everything coffee-related you would expect, but also with a plethora of Jenn 's famous bakery items. The soft background music is typically classic rock during the weekday mornings, newer pop other times. I particularly like the location of Jenn 's in that it sits across the street from Manitowoc 's Washington Park. The huge front windows provide an awesome view of the park. If you want quiet, there 's a rear party-room with several takes and media capabilities. Room can be reserved for meetings or parties. Jenn 's is a community gathering place. I always see people I know and often run into work acquaintances whom I haven 't seen in years. Jenn 's is a local Lakeshore treasure!

I’m in love with this sandwich and I can’t wait to return. The open-faced melted tuna on gluten-free bread is simply amazing. Plus, the pumpkin latte was fantastic! This coffee shop has a super cozy vibe and offers some cute gift ideas as well. There are plenty of gluten-free sweet treats, along with many other delicious options to choose from.

Their coffee itself is superb (saying as someone who isn't really a connoisseur in coffee , and they often have both a large variety of baked goods and some sort of promotional gimmicky item or coffee flavor. As a consequence of that last point, I have also gotten the best cup of chili I've ever had in the Manitowoc area from Jenn's (Though they stopped serving it a while ago. Perhaps next winter?
