Great tasting. A definite must try, are their panizza and risottos. The salmon was also really good, served with potatoes that have a creamy smooth texture. They are great when paired with wine View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about My Kitchen By Chef Chris:
Food was excellent. The menu creations were very Italian, but with a personal touch by by the chef. The prices were reasonable. The big drawback was the service. As is typical of Filipino restaurants, they include a service charge. This may be a good way to recruit retain help, but it takes away the incentive to provide excellent service, by the employees, since they are guaranteed a tip. The restaurant was almost em... Great food, friendly staff decent price. my only problem was the quality of cream brulee, but not enough to get away from the experience
The officers of our university decided to eat out because of the birthdays of some of our VPs and I am glad that they chose this place. In this way I discovered a very cool place in the heart of Manila, where you can enjoy good Italian dishes. The place is right next to Paco Park. It is connected to a hotel so that the place is quiet. We had rolled pizza, chicken parm, salmon fillet and penne with a sauce I can't identify, but I enjoyed a lot. This place is especially worth checking for pizza and pasta lovers. Service is great. They serve free Tira misu slices for birthday zelebrants.
Learn more about my kitchen by a colleague in one of our ocular visits to Paco Park. It was an afternoon of spontaneity as a fine gastronomic adventure. It is a hole in the wall authentic Italian Restuarant held at Oasis Paco Park Hotel. Guests will cross the hotel's pool area and the dining area is fixed with an open kitchen. The interiors are apparently raised. The price is somewhat steep, but each portion is actually good for sharing. For the starter, the Special Chef's Salad (P590) grilled Angus Steak with greens in honey mustard dressing. The bestseller is the Panizza with five cheeses, herbs, Arugula and Alfalfa. Place the Parma Panizza (P790) with ham slices, artichokes, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. The texture is really crispy with the freshest ingredients. My pasta of choice is the Penne Roberto (P720). The combination of gogonzola cheese in cream works well. Grilled chicken, herbs, roasted garlic and sun-dried tomatoes is a pleasant addition. Prepare the meal with a cup of homemade gelato in Pistachio taste (P125). Not too sweet, just the right amount of sugar. Great food and amazing service. The only inconvenience is the street parking.
This is ground zero for panizza: thin pizza rolled with aragula and alfalfa sprouts and with slashes of chili oil. Yum!
