Was Valerie Pulver at Dunkin' a mag?
I visited the drive-thru around 3:00 PM today. The service was friendly and prompt. They did forget to add whipped cream to my iced latte, but the employee at the window was eager to make it right when I mentioned it. I completely understand that small details can be overlooked, especially since they are still in training. I will definitely return. View all feedback.

Every time I go there they mess up my order. I ordered an iced coffee I get a hot coffee instead, order a large got a medium, order a glazed donut and got a chocolate one. I avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Staff is fine but they always mess up orders andI always leave disappointed.

I've been coming since it first opened. Never a problem. Sometimes they are short on people but don't punish the store. Plus is polite and friendly

Sometimes I am super happy with service. Everyone seems friendly. Order gets messed up time to time, but I'm always willing to give it another chance. One thing I wanted to mention- for Snackin' Bacon, the last 2 times mine was limp and rubbery bacon withno blackpepper and sweetness like it's supposed to be made. It was so gross I couldn't eat it but I had gone too far away beforenoticing. I won't be ordering that anymore. But otherwise, I'll still be coming through.
