Great food. Glass of wine for my date and a draft beer for me. Salads and appetizers were wonderful and entrees were served hot and were plenty of food. No perceived negatives here and concur with all the prior reviews. We will be back!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Herb&olive:
The staff was lovely and their recommendations made us want to invite more friends so we can try so many of their new dishes. Although I miss the strawberry shrimp salad, Iâm glad they take in seasonality into consideration. Glad to support local businesses that are keeping an eye on seasonal items. Weâll definitely be back!! View all feedback.
I have nothing but the best things to say about this beautiful gem! Must try their Best Greek Milk Custard Pie and grilled chicken plate. It’s the best I’ve had in the past three decades! It’s a must visit for me every time I stop by Manhasset Lirr Station. Julianne and her beautiful teams are truly the sweetest and kindest folks around too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Would be nice if the owner opened on time. Was there at 10 am when it’s supposed to open but no one there.
This place is always a great meal. The interior feels like a mix between a cafe, a grocery store, and a kitchen. My favorite things to try are the lamb kebabs and the galactoburrecho. IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC
Food was good and served quickly atmosphere is pleasant with high ceilings rustic modern mix decor that’s out of the ordinary for Long Island (In a good way . The front section of the cafe has a selection of packaged gourmet foods for purchase, however it seems like it’s purpose is more fitted to serve as an addition to ambiance. Service was very friendly, that included a complimentary dessert bite thanks! Espresso drinks could be better not that it’s main focus is coffee maybe more freshly roasted beans, espresso machine adjustments or just a better bean??? (I’m a coffee snob from Brooklyn Moving on, the credit card fees (merchant services are passed onto the customer (convenience fee with the option to pay cash to waive it. The merchant usually takes the hit (usually around 3% but it appears that it’s now becoming a “thing” with some food and retail establishments.
