I can't believe the business allows so much potential revenue to walk away regularly. This store has the worst service and the worst management, who refuse to open the second cash register even when there are twenty customers waiting. Corporate should be aware of how many customers leave in disgust and the sales they lose every hour. It's an embarrassment. I love the coffee and appreciate the other staff, but this isn't the first time I've had to walk out due to poor management and an endless line just to get a cup of coffee. Resolve this ongoing issue, and I will happily give you a five-star rating.
