I absolutely loved sarbas. the staff is very friendly and helpful, eating is delicious and the variety on the menu is extensive. it has a somewhat industrial facility, but very clean and relaxing. the only thing I want to see is a bit more upside down with the tables and cutlery, I can recommend that they wrap the cutlery in the serviettes and add a little decor to the tables, moreover it is a top place, a hidden lit... What User dislikes about Sarba's:
Sarba's is okay. As in the service is pretty slow and the waitstaff generally uninterested and we waited ages to order and about 35-40mins for the food to come out but once it came it was pretty darn good. So VERY good if you're not in a hurry, but just okay in general. Edit for response: thanks for the feedback. Would be willing to come again because the food was so good. That was the first time I was in this restaurant. I wasn't impressed at all. we had two commands that came out that were not ours and said they were for our table, and when we repeated, they were not ours, the young boy tried to tell us that they were. we had to ask if my sons drink twice, and when all our meals came out of the didn’t. it took 45 minutes to make a child’s ham and ananas pizza. 2 of the chefs were too busy looking at their handys and laughing. not very good experience

Food was good. Service ordinary to non-existent. One person’s mains order was completely forgotten! No used food receptacles/ cutlery was removed from the table at all. The air conditioning was freezing, it was temporarily adjusted for approximately 10mins after the chap at my table complained. It was then returned to freezing. Other patrons agreed it was bitterly cold. When I moved to an unused table to try and get comfortable I observed a wait-person turn the setting up to a more comfortable temperature. Would possibly recommend for takeaway only. Staff urgently require customer service training etc. Staff may well have been warm but their comfort ought not override fee paying patrons’ comfort after all without their patronage where might your business be?
