It's a special place to be a part of!
Amazing coffee, yummy food, friendly staff beautiful space. More than just a cafe! Cannot recommend mataya highly enough
Amazing coffee, great service, menu I will eat my way through from top to bottom. Recommend the bacon egg bagel any time of the day!
I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast with a friend, but was disappointed by the lack of options for vegans. While most of the acai bowls and smoothies were vegan-friendly, the menu was primarily filled with non-vegan items. I ended up ordering the only vegan option available, the Vegan Green Goodness Bowl. Unfortunately, it was fresh but lacked flavor, mostly consisting of spinach with bland mushrooms. I wished it had more sweet potato to enhance the taste. The glass cabinet displayed a variety of wraps, bagels, cakes, etc., but only a few vegan options were available such as banana bread and two raw slices. Overall, I felt that there should be more vegan choices on the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences. This review has been updated from a previous one on February 16, 2024.
