Description

Try Thai in Manchester's Chinatown offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some customers had positive experiences with delicious food and great service, others were disappointed with various aspects of their visit. Complaints ranged from slow service, overly spicy dishes, and dry meat to lack of vegetarian options and a feeling of being rushed. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, with some patrons recommending specific menu items such as the Yum Woon Sen and coriander beef. Despite mixed reviews, the general consensus seems to be that the food is delicious, but other factors such as service and pricing may vary. Overall, Try Thai is worth a visit, but it may be wise to carefully check ingredients and manage expectations.

Been a loyal patron for over 10 years. Never had a bad experience in terms of food and service. Must go for seafood lovers and their authentic Thai cuisine. Softshell crab dishes and fried sea bass are highly recommended.

Food is great, service is good. Got a bit loud in there which makes it hard to have a conversation. Also always too much ice in drinks. Otherwise cant fault the food!

A lot of different restaurants in the area we went to the best we feel….. There’s a 10% service charge added to bill already.

Great food and service but prices have gone up a lot and it was very expensive for a mid week dinner. We used to go there more often on a week night but now we prefer to pay that amount for a steak or a Sunday dinner roast instead!
