Feedback
This restaurant presents a kaleidoscope of dining experiences, combining moments of delight with notable disappointments. While the ambiance and service are generally praised, several diners found the portion sizes lacking and the meal quality inconsistent. Starters are often small and underwhelming, while main courses show promise but can drain the wallet, especially when extras are needed. Complaints about poor dessert quality and unsatisfactory coffee persist, contrasting with moments of attentive service and mouthwatering starters. Some guests appreciated the warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere, but frequent issues with orders and billing detracted from an overall positive experience.

Service was great with really friendly staff. We ordered from the 3 course set menu. The food was delicious although the choice of main was a bit limited. The a la carte looked very interesting but with 2 (not that interested) teenage kids not worth the expense. Would definitely try the a la carte menu leave kids at home next time
Initially, there seemed to be a delay in taking our order, but we both appreciated the starters and the champagne! Unfortunately, I was let down by my choice of the roast dinner. I had to ask for a replacement for the Yorkshire pudding, as it was just a burnt shell. The replacement was much better, but the roast potatoes were overcooked, and one was quite difficult to cut. The vegetables were excellent, and most of the beef was good as well. We were too full for dessert! Overall, I think my daughter enjoyed the experience, but I've had better meals elsewhere.
