We visited this Costa, set inside the Next store for our mid-shopping cup of tea, and just a slice of toast to assuage our much post-breakfast hunger. It is a quiet, civilised place at 9.05, not sure about later when the mothers and toddlers arrive. At this early moment all is serene and the lucky few customers can enjoy catching up with their newspaper, or emails or work schedule. Probably Après moi le deluge. Just e... View all feedback.
What florabotanica doesn't like about Live@costa:
I’ve ordered a couple of times now from this place through UberEats and without fail, they get the order wrong. Missing 2 main items from the first order and for the second order, they made me the wrong hot drink. How hard can it be??? Get your act together and do what your supposed to do View all feedback.
Staff here were so friendly and welcoming even though they were busy and rushed when I came in. Perfect customer service
Convenient place to have an after-work coffee. Always seems clean and staff are friendly. Usual choice of coffees and cakes. Efficient service.
Met my mum in Costa Didsbury on Wednesday afternoon 22 August approx.Bit of a queue slow service just one member of staff on the other washing pots. The young lady Natasha told me they were short staffed!.Got Latte and proceeded to the table where I met my mum as her friends had just left. My mum goes unto this Costa at least twice a week and is Disabled. She asked the girl Natasha and the boy was also on the counter when my mum purchased her coffee she asked them if they could bring it over and pay with her card which just needed contactless both servers said no which is very disappointing especially when other staff go above and beyond and do not make my mum feel a nuisance. STAFF NEED TO GO ON CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING ASAP.OR GET A JOB THEY WANT TO DO.TOld my mum not to use this coffee chain again. Unhappy CUSTOMER.
A convenient coffee shop with good service, usually with a smile and good advice. The staff are excellent in recommending new tastes products, the latest new coffee (coffee bean) is very nice. I usually visit once a week on my walk to the village.

The tea, yes in a Costa, is very good and two cups to the pot. A portion of toast is two slices, with a small pot of good jam, easily shared with a close friend.
