A friend recommended Guerilla Eats, so I made sure to check it out on a Saturday evening. This weekly event features a variety of street food vendors, a fully stocked bar, and a DJ playing music until midnight. The atmosphere was lively and relaxed, making it a great spot to enjoy a drink and try different dishes. What sets Guerilla Eats apart from other markets is their focus on providing a more authentic street food experience at a lower cost for vendors. Despite the affordable prices, the quality of the food was excellent. I only docked a star because one vendor had sold out by the time we arrived before 9pm. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Guerilla Eats for a fun and delicious night out.

I was excited to hear that they had opened on a weekly basis in Ancoats. It was a bit crowded, but it was comfortable to relax and enjoy a nice meal on a Saturday. It's a great place to meet up with friends and have a few drinks before a night out. The atmosphere is cool and they always have new menu items to try, along with a good selection of drinks. It can get a bit smokey, which may bother some people, so adding better ventilation could be helpful. The venue has been transformed from a plain concrete space into a unique dining spot. I hope they continue to operate there!
