The wobble marks were burned and so was the garlic bread. when they order food, they expect it to be at least edible. that was disgusting

Are they waiting for an hour to order, then they said they forgot to eat? then came to eat and was disgusting! cold and dry. the driver looked drunk and was very rude, the staff was not helpful and was hanging on the phone when I tried to explain why. I wasn't happy.

Hallo I was a regular customer of flame for 6 years, year for year it was getting worse and worse, last night I ordered a big kebab, I was told on the phone, it will be done in 30 minutes when down after 15...minute there are extra waiting no one apologising, staff very rude trying to give me a small part because she ran out of meat. back in the days it was amazing, no one cares more, they are too busy.

The food was very poor and wasn't what I was expecting. Also that the service was horrible and it looks like something unpleasant
