Description

Step into Cuckoo and find a pocket-sized wonder where big flavours and friendly faces await. This snug bar-café on Bury New Road marries a crafty drinks programme — from perfectly pulled flat whites to sprightly negronis and a broad canned-beer selection — with comfort plates, pizzas and tempting pastries. A sunny terrace and thoughtful staff make it a favourite for brunch, after-work drinks or relaxed family nights; dogs and dietary needs are welcomed with the same good humour. Cuckoo is the sort of local haunt that surprises you: small from the street, full of character inside.

Service was a bit slow, but it was busy, and there were only two servers working.

We are new to the area. Cuckoo was recommended and I can say we were not disappointed. Kate and kinyemi were the most hospitable hosts. Amazing we will definitely be returning. Thank you..

Cute little place with a wonderful selection of drinks. We didn't eat here because we only stopped for a drink, but we will be back to try out the food when we are next in the area.
