We spent the night at Radisson Blu before our flight the next day and decided to have dinner at Collage. The restaurant has a modern decor with a relaxed and stylish atmosphere. The service was excellent and friendly. Although we weren't very hungry, we decided to share a main dish, dessert, and a bottle of wine. Really nice decor, average service, below average and overpriced food for what it is. Mains arrived extremely fast (2-3 mins) which isn’t a bad thing but makes you wonder if it was freshly cooked? Probably not, the Prawn linguini tasted like a microwave pasta with a few cooked prawns thrown on top, portion size was more suited for a child. We didn’t have particularly high expectations for a meal in an airport hotel, but it was fantastic! Really helpful and friendly staff, especially Syeed, and absolutely perfect food. Unusual dishes for us to try out and all cooked beautifully. Great cocktails too. Perfect start to our holiday

Have visited previously and it has changed Staff very good and welcoming, did not wait too long for a table. The menu is more limited than it used to be. The food was good but not exceptional as it has been in the past. Very convenient if staying here for travelling. Price as expected for a hotel with a relevantly captive market but not abusing this position Still enjoyable experience and would arrange to dine again next time I am travelling from here
Absolutely top experience. Massive respect to the team for delivering a brilliant service. Huge shout out to Dorota, (she 'll know me as Spicy Boy LOL), for her excellent waitressing! We 'll be back!
Superb restaurant in the Radisson blu Hotel. A special mention to the staff. Total professional team who know their jobs inside out. Nothing I’ve seen recently compares to their standards. Made our stay an enjoyable one with great food served with a smile.
