What Pauline Mitchell doesn't like about Subway:
The employee in this Subway was rude, she claimed she couldn't hear me, but when I came in she saw me. Tried to place a order right in front of her, she kept claiming she couldn't hear me. I had a disappointing experience at this Subway in Manchester, GA. The employee was quite rude; she claimed she couldn't hear me, even though she had seen me walk in. When I tried to place my order right in front of her, she continued to insist that she couldn't hear me, and was actually yelling. I politely mentioned that she didn't need to raise her voice, but her demeanor remained very unprofessional. As a customer, I felt I didn't deserve to be treated this way. Previously, I had received great service here, but today was an unfortunate exception. I don’t plan on returning to this Subway again. It's disheartening to see customer service declining like this. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as they don’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give.
I think she might be the manager. The first time I visited three weeks ago, I dismissed her attitude as a result of a bad day or being new to the job. However, she was incredibly rude and unwelcoming during my visit two weeks ago. I regretted not leaving then, but I had my son with me. I ordered a power bowl, and while the nice lady who was serving me prepared it perfectly, the manager took over when it came time to add the cheese. She sprinkled just enough cheese for a two-inch sub. I returned today and experienced the same situation. The manager was heard telling a customer that she was doing the best she could and that she was just one person, even though the nice lady was right beside her, working diligently. Additionally, I've noticed that she makes around eight to ten sandwiches, some of which are toasted, then walks away while the other lady completes the orders and rings them up. By the time she gets to the seventh or eighth sandwich, they end up being cold—not exactly what you want from a hot sub!

On January 5th, We ordered 4 footlongs, and used their door Dash for delivery. We checked and the sight said they were still open at 9:20. I pushed send at 9:32. At 9:40 January 5th, 2023, it showed they were being built ...well, all I can say is yep, I believe in taking your time, but holy cow! I hope the Uber driver still isn't waiting too! The family would like their sandwiches.. Myself, I would like a double refund for the inconveniences and my normal please, I'm hangry!!
