For me if I call to ask a question on wether you sell a certain product or not and you don’t answer after several attempts I don’t become a regular customer simply because I appreciate good customer service and would rather spend my money somewhere I feel I am appreciated and welcome. In my opinion, if I reach out to inquire about whether you have a specific product and you don't respond after multiple attempts, I'm unlikely to become a regular customer. I value good customer service and would prefer to spend my money at a place where I feel appreciated and welcomed.
My sister used to work in the deli here, and the things she would come home and tell us were shocking. The staff were rude, the place was dirty, and there were instances of racism among the employees. The food was often past its expiration date, making the entire experience quite unpleasant. The bathrooms were in terrible condition as well. I visited recently, and everywhere I looked, there were gnats and even household roaches. I cannot recommend this place at all.
