The hotel is simple and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Our only complaint was that some hotel services were unavailable, likely because the season is just starting. Overall, the experience was positive.

Probably the poorest meal in 5 nights in Malfi.

I booked a table, provided my card details, and on the evening of the reservation I unfortunately felt unwell and couldn’t attend. I called immediately to inform them — they told me ‘no problem’ and hung up. Hours later, I received an email saying they would charge €50 per person €100 total) for not showing up. This penalty was never mentioned during the call. When I called back to question it, I was met with a cold ‘that’s how it is’ and no willingness to discuss. This is misleading, dishonest, and shows zero respect for customers. I will never book here again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
