I have always adored this cafe. The coffee is consistently delicious and the food is excellent. What really sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We recently ordered through Grubhub and there was a mix-up with one of the items, but it was quickly rectified by one of the employees, who delivered it to our office since we were nearby. What User doesn't like about Honey Dew Donuts:
The people working there seemed nice. I had a coffee, a toasted bagel with butter, a coffee roll and a chocolate chip muffin. I ask for butter on the bagel but didn?t do it, simply giving me the butter, the coffee was not good, and the muffin was dry. The coffee roll was good though. View all feedback.
Manager is very rude. It is a Hispanic lady. She is extremely slow. Doesn't have any customer service experience it seems. She is extremely slow preparing food and drink. Would not recommend going here if you have anywhere to be after.

The ladies were super friendly and kind and the jalapeño cheddar bagel was delicious!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fast service no matter time of day. Only downside is they shut everything down 15-30 minutes prior to closing, which they are not supposed to do, so if it says they close at 6 that location locks doors at 530 and byb545 they are out the building.
The smores coffee is my life muito obrigado to the whole staff working there, yall are great!
