Ignorant rude staff who can't be bothered doing their job, and the chips were burned, whoever the owner is could invest in some basic customer service training, look at MacDonalds as an example, KFC lift your game.

However this is the second fast food review I have done in a week, neither of which can be described as in any way positive. KFC used to be full of tasty spices, after a five year hiatus, I am gog smacked how bland they have made their products. Truly underwhelming taste. On the positive side it came quickly

We had high expectations since o... read more I was on vacation with my boyfriend and we always love to order some fast-food when we don 't feel like getting a healthy meal. We had high expectations since our history with KFC was always positive and pleasant. This visit was far from pleasant, it started off when we ordered two 'Tower ' menus, the cashier lady did not asked us if we wanted a XL or medium sized menu. We only saw on the bill afterwards that she let us pay for the XL menu without asking. The food is a story on itself, the chicken on the burger tasted like a rubber car tire, and the bread was hard as a rock. The fries where cold tasteless potato strips. The staff was also a very unpleasant display during the meal, grumbling while working and cleaning, and making a lot of noise with the chairs. I do not reccommend anyone to eat at this particular location unless you want to waste your money.
