We had high expectations since o... read more I was on vacation with my boyfriend and we always love to order some fast-food when we don 't feel like getting a healthy meal. We had high expectations since our history with KFC was always positive and pleasant. This visit was far from pleasant, it started off when we ordered two 'Tower ' menus, the cashier lady did not asked us if we wanted a XL or medium sized menu. We only saw on the bill afterwards that she let us pay for the XL menu without asking. The food is a story on itself, the chicken on the burger tasted like a rubber car tire, and the bread was hard as a rock. The fries where cold tasteless potato strips. The staff was also a very unpleasant display during the meal, grumbling while working and cleaning, and making a lot of noise with the chairs. I do not reccommend anyone to eat at this particular location unless you want to waste your money.

One to order and one... read more The mall with the restaurant is honestly horrendous. Its super noisy and super hot. There are two queues at KFC which is totally illogical. One to order and one to collect. We waited about 20 minutes in one. And 10 minutes in the second. While the food was pretty standard KFC, the noise, lack of napkins and general atmosphere was dire.
