Staff not friendly, not flexible. i wanted to order an espresso on top of some waffles and latte for my wife. but the staff in purple tudung) refused to make it... read more Staff not friendly, not flexible. i wanted to order an espresso on top of some waffles and latte for my wife. but the staff in purple tudung) refused to make it. i explained to her I'll order on the system an americano or latte and pay for that price but wanted her to make me an espresso, she refused to do so, one of her colleague even in green tudung) had the audacity to glare at me as if i was asking for food for free. i asked her to just omit the milk or water that she needed in order to make the latte/americano, she still refused to do so. She then asked the said colleague in green, she continued to make to make facial gestures of disgust of which is truly uncalled for) and shaked her head. I dont mind not being able to comprehend some slight of out the box thinking even though it won't harm your business quite the opposite in fact), but to be rude to your customer is so not justified, she clearly need some PR training. the latte temperature was too hot, the barista overshot the milk temp, no attempt whatsoever to make any latte art. the waffle was ok, slight crunch, nothing extraordinary ok ambience not much savory menu item.

Does not take too long for our orders to be re... read more Cafe interior decoration, ambience is pretty nice and elegant. Ordering and payment are convenient using QR code. Does not take too long for our orders to be ready even with quite a lot of people in the restaurant. We take away food and some coffees. The paper bag also looks nice and elegant with their shop name on it and on the cups. Packaging is okay. Tried their cheezy chicken nachos, the chicken is tasty, however, the nachos mostly are soggy, chewy, and the nachos in the base sticking very hard with each other. So hard to eat. Not sure why. We ate it immediately though, in the car soon after we purchased it. Probably the cheese not heat up to the right temperature until it melts? Not sure. For the coffees, not sure why I did not taste any double shot espresso for my latte, and the caramel latte. Only tasted milk n the caramel also tasted weird. As I am going there for coffee, hence the rating. Improvement area on the coffee and the nachos preparation.
