Call it late breakfast or early lunch, still satisfying. Not too light, nor too heavy. Just enough to get you through the half-day's work. Ang sarap! Good service, too! Bit pricey, though... View all feedback.
What Betty Auer doesn't like about Figaro:
I have always been wanting to try to have a kuppa in this coffeeshop. But I am always busy and in a hurry whenever I passby in Glorietta. So there finally when a friend of mine who is also a coffee lover invited me for a cup I suggested to try Figaro...We stayed inside where there were just like or tables and I so love the place though it's small inside but it feels like the typical coffee shop.Ofcourse we love the f... It is true that you can't but happiness but you can coffee..I really love hot coffee especially for a cold weather. Honestly, I dont like too much sweet coffee but it's ok I still love the ambiance in this place????
If people watching relaxes you, then you will love Figaro in Glorietta. This branch is right smack in the hallway of Glorietta. It gets to be noisy sometimes with the foot traffic but if you get there just after the mall opens, you'll have a little peace and quiet for a good 30 minutes. I like my coffee strong so I like Figaro's coffee. Service is good and attentive. pigoutsundays.blogspot.com
May 8, 2017 || #1135 || breakfast place when in Glorietta. Other than being a decent breakfast spot, it serves a great meet-up point being easy to find. Good coffee and good value food is also a factor to being our choice for a quick bite. HONEY GLAZED BACON & EGG (219 PHP) A 2 piece set of bread, bacon, and egg. It's a decent breakfast for bacon lovers like myself who don't cook, but it's well done enough to consider. CHICKEN BBQ SKEWERS (199 PHP) Tender chicken bites, surprisingly grilled well enough for a charred taste, it's a good quick bite for when you just need to eat something. AMBIANCE As mentioned, Figaro is easy to find with their corridor seating open, but they offer in-store seating, which is usually warmer and stuffy thanks to the kitchen. Some tables are afforded a floor mount power outlet. eater.ph
Did I like it? A bit. Their chocolate frappe is highly addicting. Since I tasted it, I've been drinking it more than once a week! Haha. Their pasta and pizza could use some improvements. The crust on their pizza is a bit burnt and the pasta is too oily for my liking. As for the service, it's actually decent. Staff are quick on their feet and accommodating. The only setback is that their dining area is located at one of the busiest pathways in Glorietta so it tends to be noisy. It's not a good place if you want to have a quiet time. Is it affordable? Yes. It's cheap. 700-800 pesos will already feed 2 persons. Will I come back? Yes! :)
