The Adobo Pâté was a delightful surprise! It was perfectly whipped, light, and bursting with flavor. While the Sinuglaw lacked depth and texture, it was undoubtedly the most visually appealing dish we tried. We had a hard time distinguishing the fish from the meat in the Binondo steak fried rice; the steak was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the runny egg on top was the cherry on top. The banana bread fusion was a surprising combination of flavors that worked beautifully (it even had patis!). It was a fantastic way to cap off the evening.
