Vintage Cave Club - Makakilo

I can't even begin to describe how incredible this place is, it truly is an unforgettable experience! The staff are exceptional and make you feel like royalty from the moment you walk in. The food is to die for, and this restaurant should definitely be a top priority on anyone's bucket list. The art collection is also simply amazing, with no detail overlooked from start to finish.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. Make sure to ask for a menu so you can remember what you ordered. The server will provide you with all the information about the dishes when they bring them to your table. The service is incredible and definitely worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime. The tour of the restaurant, rich in culture, history, and art, was enjoyable. I especially liked the servers wearing glasses with tiny crosses on the noses. I won't give away too much about the history you'll learn about during the tour, which is included in the meal. It would have been nice to see better replicas of Picasso's original artwork for his family. The website or layout of the restaurant is really impressive.

The General Manager, Mr. Hirano, checked on us multiple times throughout the evening, even assisting me with my jacket when I removed it halfway through the meal. As we finished our wine, our server took us on a tour of the restaurant, pointing out the various artworks and rooms including the Diamond Room, Amethyst Room, private wine cabinets, retail wine shop, private sushi bar, and private dining room. The Vintage Cave Club is now open to the public with an optional membership, where a $5,000 membership fee is credited in full to your account and offers perks such as a 30% discount on all alcohol purchases and a personal air-conditioned wine locker capable of storing up to twelve bottles. I am eagerly anticipating the 20-course sushi kaiseki experience, however, it is limited to only six people per night and is fully booked for the entire month of July 2018. I plan on trying to secure a reservation for August 2018. I highly recommend this exceptional dining experience!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in The United States. Must visit! Exceptional service and interiors.
