The burger lacked flavor, and fries were m... read more I don’t mind their prices, because when I crave Five Guys burgers they usually deliver. However it just wasn’t great. The burger lacked flavor, and fries were more oil than seasoning. Even after adding my own seasoning, it was still meh. I’m thinking something is going on the kitchen. Will this location get better? I hope so because I love burgers.

I was pleasantly surprised by all the free toppings you can add to your burgers. My son got the Bacon Burger and I got a cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, salad, and tomato. While we waited for our food, I couldn't resist getting a milkshake with free toppings (I chose strawberry and peanut butter) which was delicious. The fries were thick and plentiful, and the staff in the kitchen made us feel welcome. We had a great meal, thank you. 19

Food quality was great, but we... read more Ordered online ahead of time but still had about a 15 min wait at the store once we arrived (after a 15 min drive to get there). Food quality was great, but we had an odd thing for our order. Two of us ordered an extra meat patty, and they both came on theside wrapped in foil. If I had just added it on its own, I would understand. But this was in the burger options section. Whywould I add a patty to my burger and want it on the side? No big deal since it's an easy fix, but we all thought it a bitodd. Still great food, and it's nice to be able to put 5 Guys in my mouth in Hawaii. ???? ????

The A/C is nice to get a break from the sun and don?t forget your peanuts!!! I got a cheeseburger All the way (Mayo, Lettuce, Pickle,Tomatoes, Grilled Mushroom, Ketchup, Grilled Onion, Mustard) and I added Green Peppers with a medium fry. They do give you extrafries but mine were not fresh so they were not that good. They have drink machines where you can create your own beverages but Ionly drank my water!
