We are staying here. Dario the chef is very keen on sustainable and organic practices, caters well to vegetarians and proudly produces much of his own needs including the most colourful bee hives I have seen.
We (a family of four) stayed at Sirio B&B and asked to have dinner; the variety, quality, hospitality, tastiness and service — and the instructive talk about all things Italian — were among the highlights of our whole journey. Massimo and family dazzled us with their cooking and warmth.
