I don't understand why such a big and famous restaurant sells beef noodle soup for 2-3 day old sausages for customers to eat. You don't need to be a professional cook to know that the sausage isn't new when you bite into a piece of nail that's as soft as a lump of dough. Business is busy even on a Tuesday lunch time. We had the phenomenal trio of bun bo hue, mi quang, and combination platter (banh nam, banh bot loc, and banh beo). The flavors were deep and tasted just right. On top of that, the prices are fairly set considering it to be located in the heart of OC. 10/10 will come back!
My family came here as a party of 6. It was the busiest time for them when we arrived. The wait was quick. Our server was very nice and gentle! Considering how busy it was. The experience was 10\10. We order bún bò Huế. It was a solid 8\10. The order comes with a big plate of fresh vegetables which really pushes the dish over to 10\10. I would def recommend coming her for lunch!
Banh beo was fresh but the fish sauce lacks flavor. My mi quan was not bad but flavorless…

The service is good, and the food is tasty and came out fast. The bún bò Huế is tasty, the broth is light and flavorful and we make sure to order it every time we come.
