I often travel from the coast to Jackson for work. I'm a sucker for a Krystal's burger, we don't have a restaurant on the coast. I stop at the Magee location every drive home. The ladies who work at this location are so friendly. It is nice to see a smiling face. Food is hot and good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Krystal:
I tried to stop by yesterday and was told there would be a 30-minute wait. It seems like you need to hire new staff, Krystal. Hattiesburg is just as disappointing. I didn't even receive a meal. This should not be a difficult task, but apparently it is. View all feedback.

Good customer service and friendly staff ... eat prep and maintain great as always ... perfect travel eat.
The service at this restaurant is pleasant, but the food could be a bit fresher.
This place is a gem! These tiny heavenly spots serve up regular, cheese, and chicken dumplings that you can't resist ordering one, two, six, or even eight of!
This Krystal is tied into a gas station I don't know who's responsibility it is to do the bathrooms but the bathrooms were so gross I didn't even want to try the Krystals
