I stop at the Magee location ev... read more I often travel from the coast to Jackson for work. I'm a sucker for a Krystal's burger, we don't have a restaurant on the coast. I stop at the Magee location every drive home. The ladies who work at this location are so friendly. It is nice to see a smiling face. Food is hot and good.

A customer came in, waited, went to the bathroom, returned, and still no one at the counter. The customer left.Bathrooms were dirty. But they were also connected to a gas station.Both places are not very well run or managed

The most miserable unwelcoming people work here. I got here an hour and a half before closing and they acted like I walked in 5 seconds before they closed. They had already poured the sweet tea out and wouldn?t make a chili cheese pupbecause they were ?out? I don?t expect much from Krystals but GD. If you hate life and your job stay TF at home.
