Very clever, imaginative food, surprises in every course, very well explained by polite and helpful staff. Not rushed and also drinks served as we requested by them to pair to match the food -brilliant. Chef very informative. We would definitely return next time in Madrid, make the effort and find it you won’t regret it.

Nunca tenía un restaurante tratarme así (NO VAYAS SI TIENES CUALQUIER ALERGIA O NO COMES ALGO) porque no adaptan para el cliente, es demasiado inconveniente. Probably one of my worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, never have I had the staff tell me something is wrong with us when the food wasn’t up to par. We had someone who was vegetarian and instead of adapting a little there menu or simple this person not eating. They forced us to order a meal for them just to sit at the table. We should have got up and left, but we had heard good things. Then it even got worse. The food was not well done, it was like they were trying too hard to copy Michelin star restaurants without the experience. I’ve been to over ten of Michelin star restaurants and besides being much better in quality the service is not comparable you go to a place and the customer is cared for not an annoyance and they can’t wait for you to leave. Maybe my tastes are different, but Never have I been treated so rudely in any restaurant before of any level. These people are wannabes and have a lot to learn in the restaurant world. (DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGY OR DONT EAT CERTAIN FOODS) they don’t know how to adjust anything for the customer.
