The chef and his team have devi... read more We have eaten in some very good restaurants around the world. However Enklima has to best we have had the pleasure in dining in. The chef and his team have devised an eating experience which is better than any we have had for a very long time. Eat here it won’t be long before this becomes a Michelin star restaurant. Highly recommended. The waiting staff know there wines and the food especially well. They guide you through whole experience.

Michelin star quality for 64 euros for the small menu. A menu that for us was more than enough. Besides the hake, that had a rather plain taste, all other dishes where amazing. Even the consommé we started with, had such a complex and marvellous taste. Really amazing the meat dishes and the bites we started with.
