Their chicken fingers are absolutely d... read more Zaxby's has been one of my favorites ever since I moved to Savannah, GA, and even during my recent trip back to the area. Their chicken fingers are absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the Spicy Zaxby's sauce. The staff members are always friendly and pleasant. However, I should mention that in some locations, the chicken can be overly salty for some reason. But when it’s done right, it’s incredibly tasty! If you haven't tried Zaxby's yet, I highly recommend it.

I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

I placed an online... read more I try to give every restaurant a fair chance, but the customer service at Zaxby's in Madison, GA, is disappointing, including the management. I placed an online order and called to request fresh food. Since I work next door, I knew they weren't busy, but no one answered my call. When I went in right after placing my order, I found out they had already prepared my food. I was frustrated because I specifically asked for it to be made fresh! If a customer requests fresh food, it should be fulfilled without any backtalk from the kitchen staff or anyone else.

The... read more I've visited this Zaxby's location several times over the past year, and I've consistently found that the fries are completely unseasoned—every single time. There isn't even a hint of seasoning; it seems like they don't bother to add any at all. On my latest visit, they also served our drinks without ice, which meant we got warm soda. It's really disappointing because whenever I'm in Madison and craving Zaxby's, I feel let down every time.
