What Jarvis Stoltenberg doesn't like about Wilson's Bar:
I used to be regular at this bar for Sunday football and brunch. We had a bad experience 10 years ago where regulars were given peferential treatment, our friends got kicked our for calling them on it, and haven 't been there since, until today. Well, it hasn 't improved. We came in as a group. The bartender pointedly ignored us until we said something. A pitcher of Spotted Cow was $20, which is significantly more th... View all feedback. Beautiful east side bar. big beer prices 1.00 less for a capital on tap vs. the west side (middleton,) many tvs to see sport, large open bar area.
Fun Spot! Great food and service. Divey bar feeling. There are also slots to play. Good beer selection, too.
Comfortable, relaxing, gentle environment. I've been going to Wilson for 30 years and never had a bad time.

read moreThis restaurant/bar is a mixed bag according to recent customer reviews. One customer had a negative experience due to poor service and high prices, swearing off the establishment for good, while another praised the delicious breakfast options and friendly service. On the positive side, the restaurant is highly recommended for sports fans with its multiple TVs and early opening hours for game days. The food is generally well-liked, especially the fish fry and bar food menu. However, some customers found the prices to be a bit steep for what was offered. Despite some inconsistencies, the overall consensus seems to be that this is a good spot for watching sports and enjoying a decent meal.

Friendly neighborhood bar. Good beer selection, nice happy hour. Friday fish fry was very good! Good service.
I've eaten in and had takeout, fish fry. I think it's a good fish fry, the slaw and tarter sauce are good.
