The Chickpea Curry Handpie was amazing—definitely one of the best curries I've ever tasted. I was thrilled to find a great vegetarian option! My husband really enjoyed his cheesy pepperoni handpie as well. We will definitely be returning!

I tried a sausage pastry with hot sauce and instantly found my new favorite fast food place in the city. The pastry was served hot and was absolutely delicious with its egg and cheese filling. This shop is perfect for anyone looking for tasty, quick, and affordable food. I loved my experience and can't wait to return!

Each time I visit, I'm treated like an old friend, which really makes a difference. I've come to truly appreciate this place, especially on tough days. P.S. The breakfast pasties are an excellent cure for a hangover!

Filling. Delicious. In a city of $15 burgers and skyrocketing rents, Teddywedgers is all that stands between overworked wage-earners without the energy to make Instagram-worthy sack lunches and abject poverty. Get half a pie unless you intend to split with a friend, and make sure to ask if they have any specialty pies for the day (they almost always do and they're always delicious). While there is no dine-in, there are plenty of benches nearby and the pies are piping-hot enough to keep you comfortable in any weather.
