Buraka, located in Wisconsin, offers a unique dining experience with its Ethiopian cuisine. The interior is cozy and cute, and the recent remodel has made the space open and warm. The food is described as incredibly delicious and flavorful, with a variety of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The service is friendly and prompt, with staff members like Alexis and Maron earning praise. While some experienced slow service, the tasty food made up for any delays. Dishes like the duck tenders, samosa, and dorowot come highly recommended. Overall, Buraka is a must-try spot for those looking to explore new flavors and enjoy a filling meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

Aside from the fact that its very difficult to wrap your coconut around a Jolly Bob's that isn't Jolly Bob's anymore, Buraka has done a fantastic job with this space. The remodel is really open, and warm. The food is as I remembered it, with some nods to Bobs on the menu (Yucca Fries for the win). I don't know (or really even care) if this food is authentically Ethiopian. What I do care about is that it is tasty, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians.  Our server was really wonderful, and fun. The kind of service one expects when hanging out on Willy.

I wish this city had more African restaurants and personally, I am desperate for a Swahili restaurant, but Ethiopian is as close as I will get in this town.

Food was very good. Service is not quick, because one poor woman was serving, bartending, and hosting the whole restaurant. The family-style platter made it great for us two adults and four kids to share a meal. The Tibs Firfir with beef was spicy andrich. The Dorowot was not as spicy as expected, but very flavorful. Everything was very tasty. The Ethiopian coffee is made andserved in a French press, which was a tad disappointing, but the coffee was still excellent.

Duck tenders were very good and the samosa. The chicken peanut curry had barely any chicken, was disappointed. Left hungry unfortunately. It's okay, not bad, not great. Probably wouldn't go back. Interior is very cute and cozy. Lentil salad that camewith entrees was freshing.
