S... read more Great little place to eat. The pancakes are HUGE. I ordered 2, but the waiter explained how big the pancakes were. I changed my order to 1 and was glad I did. Service was quick, and the place was hopping. All of the food was delicious. The big standout was the coffee. It was dark, rich, and flavorful. It's not the standard cafe coffee. This place is on our favorite's list of places to eat in Madison.

Cook seems to make each meal one at a time. Others in the small restaurant have been waiting for over an hour. Can't comment on food we have none. Stopped as it was good reviews and quaint. Will never be back. Be prepared for a LONG wait for food. How long can a pancake and egg take???
