The Post restaurant was one of our favorite parts about staying at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel. The restaurant was open and bright, with a great menu selection. Our food was delicious for dinner and the following breakfast, as were the beverages. We really loved the view of the capitol building from our giant window. View all feedback.
What Kiara Boggs doesn't like about The Post:
Um, it looks fancier than it is. Had a large party so we got lots of dish varieties; none of them were good. The description of the dishes is not accurate to what gets delivered. It looked like microwave food, no seasoning, and they don't have professional bartenders for the bar that know basic cocktails. We had to awkwardly eat it anyway because it was a business dinner...Our server was really sweet and attentive, t... View all feedback.

A terrific spot! I have eaten there 3 separate times now, once with my dad, once with my wife, once with my son. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the place is fairly quiet, it is easy to talk. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent. And now they have outdoor tables on the sidewalk overlooking the capitol square. Really a great place all around. I highly recommend it!
This is a hotel bar, typically slow, adequately staffed as such. Has a happy hour. Dining tables are waited on by bar tenders. Food is adult portions medium to large. Burger was large patty, but not hand made. Steak sandwich was chips of steak and was my preference. Chicken nachos made with real shredded cheese and guac, tasty but dry up fast if you let them sit uneaten. Cheese curds are standard with standard (possibly slightly on the mild side) southwest ranch. 4 stars.. objectively they deserve 2-3 stars because the square has much much better to offer. But for what this place is. They do a good job. Can't hate them for that.
Greeted as I walked in. Water and a menu delivered immediately. My breakfast arrived shortly after I ordered. 2 eggs over medium, 3 crispy slices of bacon, hash browns, and an English muffin all prepared perfectly. The server, Vishnu, was polite, professional, and attentive even though the restaurant was crowded.
It's a hotel restaurant, nice through though with good staff and good food. I had the miso salmon for dinner and found it delicious. I also had breakfast there the 2 eggs any style were great and so was the beyond sausage.
