Ordered a Buffalo Sandwich over the Doordash app. And as we know we can only order what the store tells DD is available. Well they had like 2 bread options, no option to ask for it toasted and hardly any way to ask for anything extra. Like at all. I call the store to tell them what else i wanted added on. My sandwich is delivered with barely any buffalo sauce and it was ice cold. I asked for it toasted.... yeah this was a horrible experience. ???
The sandwiches are vastly overpriced, featuring only a small amount of meat on the bread. It definitely feels like price gouging.
The quality at this restaurant has significantly declined. The sandwiches are shrinking in size and lack sufficient meat and toppings. It's disappointing to spend $9 on something that feels like mostly just a piece of bread.
