The chicken was greasy and the skin was falling off because it wasn't cooked properly. It was overly fatty, and the service was terrible. They clearly don't care about their customers. Save your money and time—it's not worth it!

To be honest, this specific location isn't particularly recognized for its service or high customer satisfaction. I've waited for over 20 minutes, and there have been times when we were completely overlooked. KFC does serve delicious chicken, and I especially enjoy the strips. Just be prepared for a lengthy wait if you decide to visit the Madison location.

I decided to give it another try after some time, but it was even more frustrating than before. At 6 PM on a Saturday, I entered the dining area only to be confronted by a loud woman at the drive-thru window wearing a headset, who insisted that we weren’t allowed inside and had to use the drive-thru instead. Meanwhile, there were at least eight unsupervised children under six running around the dining room. As soon as we left, she hurried over to lock the door behind us. I won’t be coming back. They should just shut this place down and consider opening a Popeyes instead.

I live in this area for 7 years and this year is the worst I will never give them another I will go down the road to Popeyes
