I would give it six stars. but the service was so incredibly slow that it was almost unbearable. like 20 minutes in the take-out line with only 2 cars in front of them. so slow, and then he was wrong, so we had to wait again. but they were extremely apologetic and even gave us more offers for our problems. but as I said. eating was really good. we had chickens and pommes. surprisingly good. and we are picky. another shot.

I only have the chicken pliers. first I was not too annoyed, I worked in the food industry itself and made mistakes with DoorDash orders. However, when I call to give them a head (not even complaining) and not to receive a reply four or five times, I have immediately changed my mind about the situation. would not recommend anyone; a better experience with wingstop or another place much more worth their time and money.

When one of th... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and honestly, I want a refund. I placed my order and then waited 20 minutes at the pickup window. When one of the employees finally served the person behind me, she asked for my order. I repeated what I had ordered and then waited another 20 minutes. Due to time constraints, I had to eat in my car on the way back to Indianapolis. The food was really disappointing, and I only received half of my order. Most of the food ended up in a trash can in Kentucky. Overall, the service and food were awful.

Initially, I wasn’t... read more I ordered a meal through DoorDash that was supposed to include a drink, fries, and chicken tenders, but I only received the chicken tenders. Initially, I wasn’t too upset, as I work in the food industry and understand that mistakes can happen with DoorDash orders. However, after trying to call to inform them about the issue (not even to complain) and not getting an answer after four or five attempts, my opinion of the situation completely changed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; you’ll have a much better experience at WingStop or another establishment that truly values your time and money.
