If it's good, it's great! if it's bad, it's pretty dang bad. somehow everything I got today was cold, cold. cheese on burger didn't melt at all. geduld to touch cold. fries cold sopping cold with cheese like 3 times the cheese with 10 pommes. in 20 minutes. I am not picky, but a cold on the touch burger w cold cheese is rough. I was really impressed with other paints, so I'm not sure what's going on. it seems 50/50 without between. sorta leans to 40/60. I give him one last shot cuz I love to **** when it's good. Oh, had no ice.
Several of the young ladies working tonight ignored us and continued to chat and laugh and when we finally got fed up for waiting on them to come back to the window she then proceeded to tell us they were out of milkshakes. After waiting for well over ten minutes and with them carrying on snickering inside. Stop playing around and show better customer service and address the lack of milkshakes BEFORE having someone continue waiting for nothing. Rude and definitely will not be returning.
They don't give a darn about their customers,and to walk out during operating hours let's me know a couple of things. poor management, poor work morale and the worst example of fast food. bad attitudes, room temp food, sloppy presentation..
Went to walk up window and was told to get in drive thru line. That was after standing outside for 10 mins. Then went thru line after waiting 20 mins and they told me to get in the other line. Waited another 25 mins bc I was stuck with cars behind me. Keep in mind this was all an online order to begin with. Horrible horrible service!!!!!
