After waiting in my car 30 minutes for a hamburger, I got out to see if everything was OK inside the store. 2 older ladies were inside. I watched them for a minute and did not seethem doing anything to prepare food. I talked with one of them and she said someone else who was faster was just arriver. 6minutes later, the 2 cars in front of me still had not received their food. I backed up tried to cancel my order on theautomated system then left hungry.

Initially, I wasn’t... read more I ordered a meal through DoorDash that was supposed to include a drink, fries, and chicken tenders, but I only received the chicken tenders. Initially, I wasn’t too upset, as I work in the food industry and understand that mistakes can happen with DoorDash orders. However, after trying to call to inform them about the issue (not even to complain) and not getting an answer after four or five attempts, my opinion of the situation completely changed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; you’ll have a much better experience at WingStop or another establishment that truly values your time and money.

A few days later, I returned and was told they were only accepting delivery orders. I won’t bother trying again, which is disappointing because this place used to be my favorite. Zero stars. I would not recommend it.

When one of th... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and honestly, I want a refund. I placed my order and then waited 20 minutes at the pickup window. When one of the employees finally served the person behind me, she asked for my order. I repeated what I had ordered and then waited another 20 minutes. Due to time constraints, I had to eat in my car on the way back to Indianapolis. The food was really disappointing, and I only received half of my order. Most of the food ended up in a trash can in Kentucky. Overall, the service and food were awful.

There were 4 employees outside. One drive thru was closed. One had no menu. Then one guy said.. We 're closed . There were employees inside as well. This is bad business practices. I was flabbergasted. The closing is 11:00pm on theWebsite. In my opinion plenty of staff. Whoever was the manager should be questioned.
