I arrived after work around 4 AM and saw both employees outside vaping. When we went to pay, they ignored the food bell for four minutes before finally noticing us. After waiting another ten minutes, our food still hadn't come. This level of disorganization and disrespect for customers is unacceptable.

I understand it's a gas station, but serving me a shriveled hot dog that looks like it's been stomped on is unacceptable. The cheesy tots were undercooked, and after paying extra for ranch, I was given barbecue sauce instead—definitely not cool. Additionally, my daughter found what seemed to be a shard of glass or plastic in her macaroni and cheese. We ultimately had to throw the food away because it was just that bad. It felt like a waste of $48.

Out of nowhere, he turned around and as... read more I had the most amazing experience at Sheetz today! I was in line behind a worker who was wearing a Sheetz hat and shirt. Out of nowhere, he turned around and asked if that was all I was getting. I replied that it was, and he asked what size my drink was. I told him it was a large, and then when it was his turn to pay, he told the cashier that he was going to buy my drink! I was completely silent for a couple of seconds because I was so shocked. I finally managed to say, "Oh, thank you!" I couldn’t believe someone would be so kind to me. That guy truly made my day!
