I ordered the sampler, but the grease used in the cooking left a sour aftertaste. I won't be getting it again. Plus, it was way too expensive!
I just had to hunt down a roll of toilet paper so my son could use the bathroom. Fairly pathetic. The stall was incredibly messy with four empty TP tubes on the floor.
I stopped to get gas and a sub, but they took a long time to make a simple sub. To make matters worse, they forgot one half of my sub. This Sheetz location is the worst and I do not recommend it.
The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail and care for the patrons. I arrived after work around 4 AM and saw both employees outside vaping. When we went to pay, they ignored the food bell for four minutes before finally noticing us. After waiting another ten minutes, our food still hadn't come. This level of disorganization and disrespect for customers is unacceptable.
