Was Anonym at Sett Pub a mag?
Overall, the food is quite good. However, during late autumn, winter, and early spring, I often wished that the doors leading to the "Emergency Exits Only" terrace couldn't be opened from the outside. Every time one of those doors swings open while you're dining, it brings in a blast of cold air. With my fidgety hands, I find it difficult to manage these flimsy cardboard containers without spilling or dripping, all t... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Sett Pub:
Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger with sweet onion fries. It was delicious! Giving this place a 3.0 because the table was sticky and unclean. But I did return another time for a chicken sandwich and fries. The food was good! View all feedback.

There aren't enough plant-based options available. However, it’s a fantastic place for families with children, as the environment is well-suited for kids.

There are excellent food options available, but it can get quite crowded during peak lunch hours.

The set ran out of beer on Commencement Day before the ceremony even started at noon!! Badger families want to celebrate too!

Food was decent, but nothing fancy. The atmosphere is nice for an afternoon Badger game with a huge projection screen.

Rock climbing is amazing. Amiable people and great routes. 10/10

**Dining at The Sett: A Mixed Bag for Students and Visitors Alike** The Sett, located within the bustling University of Wisconsin-Madison student union, offers a diverse yet occasionally limited menu, with burgers making a strong showing. While many dishes, such as the mushroom Swiss burger and beer-battered favorites, receive positive nods, the boneless chicken wings have emerged as a surprising letdown. Patrons enjoy the festive atmosphere, enhanced by trivia nights and live music, although late-night service shifts primarily to drinks and appetizers. Despite minor cleanliness issues and hit-or-miss dishes, The Sett remains a popular spot for a quick bite amid campus activities.

I really dig their beerbatterries, especially paired with the special Sett sauce. This place is in the student union, so there is often a lot of traffic in and out, but if you are looking for a fast, greasy bite to eat, this is the place to be!

First time ordering here at Sett. Wasn't in the mood for a burger, so I went to try their new Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I'm glad to see they have a grilled option, as I cannot consume alcohol in any form (all their fried items are beer-battered). However, that does include their fries, hence why I got carrots and celery. The wrap itself was about decent. For some reason, I wasn't expecting a cold sandwich. As in, the sandwich came from the refrigerator to my plate. The fact that it took 15 minutes and it wasn't even hot is really interesting... It was alright, but I think I'll order a burger next time.

I’ve been to The Sett a couple of times since I’ve been a student at UW, but until today, have only really tried their burgers (which are decent enough). I honestly wish I hadn’t decided to branch out and try their boneless chicken wings with garlic parmesan sauce, because it was one of the most bizarre eating experiences I’ve had. The wings have the consistency of tofu and taste like the most subpar popcorn chicken. Not only this, but the sauce weirdly tastes like cream of mushroom soup, and has the same thickness. I’ve had better experiences eating Rhetas buffet-style sushi at 4pm than this. Besides the aforementioned chicken incident, I don’t have too many complains. The staff are wonderful, food gets done in a reasonable time, and most of their other food is pretty on par with the rest of the university restaurants. Just whatever you do, don’t get the chicken.

The food is quite good, and they occasionally host events like trivia nights or live music, which adds to the atmosphere. The bowling alley and playroom also make for a fun experience when hanging out with a group. However, the menu can be somewhat limited at times, and if you arrive around 7 PM or later, they typically only offer drinks and appetizers (like fries and cheese curds).

I watched the NCAA women's volleyball game tonight, and as always, the Badgers dominated their opponents! I love the Field House and the energy that the crowd brings. If you have a chance to experience a game, I highly recommend it!

The trees are stunning in the summer. I stopped by while passing through, and it was definitely worth the visit.

I just returned from a walk through the beautiful streets of Madison, and I had a fantastic time. The campus was charming, and the food was equally enjoyable. My only complaint about the campus was the biting wind that occasionally blew through the buildings. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a college!

You to be a medicine is a terrific campus with a great feel and an unbelievable academic reputation. Check out the physical education teacher education program while you’re there. One of the best secrets in the country.

Even on a rainy day the UW Madison campus is a great place to be. There's plenty of walking trails. Great ice cream at Babcock Dairy. Tasty food and beer at the Terrace. Football at Camp Randall. Lots of other sports at the Kohl Center.
